What time is delivery?

Delivery times range from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependant upon traffic and delivery order. You will be provided with your drivers mobile number should you have any queries.


What if I am allergic to a particular food? (eg. Fish, Seafood)? 

A different meal will be prepared for your family. Please notify our Admin of any preferences.


How do I pay?

Payment can be made by internet transfer or can be paid with cash to your driver every Monday.


What if I want to cancel?

Cancellations for the next week must be made the Friday beforehand by contacting our admin
Cancellations during the week can be made, however you are still liable for the weeks’ payment.


How do I place my order?

You can contact us by email, sms, phone, or order online.
Please provide us with your full name, cell number, address, family size and payment method.


What if we are not at home at the time of delivery?

Please provide us with an alternative drop off point.
eg. at a neighbours house, your doorstep, or workplace.


Can I order specific days of the week?

No, delivery is only made on a full week of Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday.


What are your portions like?

All our portions for each meal are weighed for one adult serving.

Please note, The Doorstep Chef's last day of operation is Friday 30 August. Order for the week starting Monday 2 September need to be placed through The Chef's Bag. Click for details.
